Hey back at you aleialoura! I’m down the road a bit in Huntsville. I also spent a couple of years in the Nashville area a few years back. I kind of liked it, but we were pretty active in the local Greyhound group there and made a lot of friends that way. Some of them were pretty religious, but I was pretty religious about avoiding the topic while I was around them. Not any Pentecostals though. They can be the worst of the worst in this part of the world.
Have you tried the local atheist meet up group there?

Ouch. I'm glad that it's not that bad in here. But yeah, I hate it when people think that atheists are satanists or something. Not believing in god = worshiping satan, apparently.

Thank you all for the welcome. The people here are highly dysfunctional, but it makes me feel pretty good about myself. If all these insanely delusional people liked me, I would probably hate myself..
