Arguments for God in Quran.
RE: Arguments for God in Quran.
...................................................................................?

What;s the problem, MK?  Do you deny that there are moral facts?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

No, I'm asking where they are found. The situation is not the moral fact. So they aren't found in every situation the moral fact applies to, they apply to the situation, but are found somewhere else.

You are avoiding the question like a scared little boy from a Lion.

K, wonderful.  You agree that there are moral facts.  We agree.  Do you deny that a moral statement, if it gets those facts right, would be true?

When ever you're ready. Hammy answered directly, but I showed how it's a paradox by definition of morality and guidance.

Hence, I see why Hammy wants to deny the term "guidance" with respect to morality.

I;m gonna go out on a limb here and suggest that you don;t deny that either.  So there we have the two statements that describe what moral realism is...both of which you agree with..and yet..a few posts ago...decided were wrong?

Divert from what, your own questions?  If you didn't want the answers..why did you ask? If you agree with both answers, why claim that they;re wrong?

A little less projecting would probably help you get over your hangups.  You asked me about my moral system.  I told you that my moral system refers to moral facts and asserts that if it gets those facts right, the moral statements would be true.  You agree.  I think.  You're free to change your mind about that at any time. You could assert that there are no moral facts, you could assert that getting those moral facts right wont lead to a true moral statement.

Those are the only options, because that is what moral realism is. If you want to assert that it;s "wrong"..you would have to assert one or both of those two things.
