This new laptop is the most retarded thing I have ever encountered.  Either I'm just turning into an old person or technology has seriously gotten complicated.

I have occasionally wondered why some people are quick to say that somebody is "showing his or her true colors" when that somebody behaves negatively for whatever reason. On the other hand, the same people who do this to others may not apply such fault finding and criticism to themselves in similar situations and may excuse their conduct as being a "matter of circumstances". Hence, when observing others who are behaving negatively, why can't it be quick and natural to consider the possibility that that particular individual may be having an "off day"and/or is experiencing tough circumstances, and on the whole, he or she may indeed be a reasonable, rational, and decent person? Has it become so easy for people to find fault in others while excusing those same faults in themselves when they are in similar situations?

I've also wondered to myself....... what about all those times when someone who generally behaves badly starts behaving really nice, how come no one then says "You're showing your true colors. This nice person is the real you."?

I swear, these drivers today have no respect for pedestrians.

I was out jogging, and I was crossing the street because I had the right of way. The girl in front of me went ahead before the crosswalk gave the signal for us to go, so I was a few yards behind her when this vehicle tried to make a right between us. I was fast enough to stop right in front of her vehicle and I held out my hand, "Stop, in the name of love", and I signaled to her that I had the right of way. She just looked at me as though I was the one who did not belong there. Stupid ass woman. I should have let her hit me and then I could have sued her ass.

Florida has the worst drivers i've seen. Similar has happened to me a few times during my times there.

There's a notorious intersection in Wellington where buses don't take red lights too seriously.

One day I had the cross signal and I yook a step onto the road. Then a speeding bus ran the red light and shot past me less than a couple of feet ahead of me.

Bus driver discovered just how fit I was when I gave chase and got on the bus the next time it stopped.

Bastard got a serious earful and then an official complaint lodged against him.
