Then explain why the books that make up "the OT" aren't even the same across different Christian denominations? Maybe because different groups of humans decided (without any universal guiding force obviously) to slap together the books that they wanted to use?

As far as I know only the Catholic Bible adds a couple of books and all protestant denominations use the same Bible.

This world where the "sane" people can't even agree on what "a god" is? The same world where people see signs on toast? Or mildew stains on walls?

I consider fanatical people on the boarder line of sanity, ie. signs on toast and walls and such. I believe most people who believe in some type of god sees that god as being superior to mankind, that would be an agreement across the board. Now as to which God is real is a different case, I know this, the God of creation and salvation came to me and I've not heard squat from any of the others.

If your god is real, trust me I'll have nothing to say, I will not recognize his authority, if he has the power to hurt me with his infinite loving torture, there's nothing I can do about it, but he's still wrong.

See, just telling us this won't actually convince us that it is true. All you can tell us is that it says so in the bible. But we don't necessarily give credence to the bible. So do you have any other evidence that not only is there a god, that consciousness exists after brain death, that there is an afterlife consisting of heaven and hell and that we'll be judged?

No. All you have is a book and your own personal delusions generated from your own brain.

So when you tell us this, all we see is someone trying to threaten us and this is why you're wasting your breath.

There is only one God and I know Him so the other religions do not concern me. All Christians know salvation come through belief in Jesus Christ so there is no differing there. And wasting my life by doing for others and accomplishing many good things, I'll take that waste every day.
