I can tell you late life decisions it really is important to get legal documents no court can contest for things like medical and financial cdecisions as to whom you want to make them. 

I can honestly tell you my mom really got her ducks in a row, and when the unfortunate happened, for what she did in legal action, it made my transition after her passing way easier. 

But here is John Oliver with some real horror stories about assholes who take advantage of the elderly.

Yet bullshit like "reverse mortgages" and "title loans" are perfectly legal.
