People complain about the court's decisions all the time.  So you look at the background of who's on it and what do you see?  Members from the same two groups that have been on the court for years.  You can bet your ass if I was doing the appointing I would appoint people from other groups.

If you want to argue more diversity I get that. But the issue is conservative vs liberal, and conservatives and liberals exist in every religion. 

If we had a court full of RBGs as a majority and had such the same time the GOP has controlled it, our nation would look far better.

Believe it or not but Congress can restrict restrict the Court's review of cases if it wants to.  And the President can ignore the Court's decisions if he has the guts to do it.
