I heard when some cops quit they go to the next town's police department and get a job. They are known as gypsy cops. Cops have lots of experience avoiding trouble.

Cops use six squad cars to catch black men who allegedly stiffed local IHOP — but they got the wrong guys

Even though some of the students pulled out receipts from the restaurant confirming that they had paid, the officers nonetheless forced all ten of the students to walk back to the IHOP while being followed by six squad cars.

Once they arrived at the restaurant, its manager told police that the students were not the men whom he believed left without paying.

Close enough for police work, I guess.

Both men say they were coerced into confessing by detectives with a history of alleged misconduct and immediately recanted. They each described abuse at the hands of Chicago police officers.
Fulton and Coleman were sentenced to life in prison for the murder, but recently discovered DNA evidence matched a serial rapist. Prosecutors dropped charges against the men last winter, and in March a Cook County judge awarded the men certificates of innocence. Each man has a civil rights lawsuit pending against the city of Chicago.

A video showing officers in Georgia tackling and pinning down a 10-year-old has gone viral, sparking outrage and calls for the Athens-Clarke County police to investigate.

Asking the cops to investigate themselves is a useless act, guys.  The fuckers could have blown his brains out and they would claim they were just following "policy."
