The tides still operate when the moon is hidden behind clouds. Shouldn't werewolves still transform even if the moon is hidden behind clouds?

Just got home from work and checked my mail.
Despite a sign on my letterbox that says “Addressed mail only” there was a leaflet inside promising a night of “miracles and healing” from the church around the corner. So, since I have a zero tolerance policy for arseholes who ignore my little sign, I went for a walk to their little cult centre and delivered their leaflet back to them with a note attached saying, “keep your shit out of my letterbox. Especially shit about your imaginary friend!” Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
