"Ignore" Leaderboard

Am I the only one that keeps the crazy people around because I'm a horrible gossip and love watching what they will do? I keep people on Facebook that I don't like just so I can laugh at them.

I'm a horrible person, I know.

It takes a sending me over the edge for me to implement the ignore feature. I have a few on there now.

For me, I don't do it out of anger at all, only lack of interest. Ie if someone's posts are so consistently uninteresting to me, for whatever reason, to either read or reply to, there's no reason why I should have to read them if the functionality exists to mean I don't have to and no loss from not reading them. Since doing that I haven't looked back nor felt any need to peek... it just improves the reading experience for me on the site... just as I wouldn't want stuff I was not interested in popping up on my feed in Facebook (if I still used it).

What bores me to no end is the onslaught of US Politics.

I'd love to ignore that certain someone, but even though you don't live here, we have nukes and a nut in control of them picking fights with our allies and enemies. I don't think he has any concept of mutual destruction. I do think he is willing to blow up the planet rather than take responsibility for his own actions. I only hope others here can keep a leash on him.

You have all my sympathy.  The one good aspect of Trump's presidency is the US should become much less important internationally to others.  It bores me too but appalls me even more.  I'd like to back a party which aspires to be a good international neighbor who plays well with others, rather than doing too much or too little as a tantrum.

If facing truth outside this website were a popularity contest, I'd agree.

I am not here to be popular. It still remains regardless that the WLB is a problem America and the world needs to put him in his place. Dan Coats his own party intel official talked of "alarm bells".

There are plenty of new people coming. Why do you think they just don't stay? Is there a way to ask them?
