Food is the delicious substance that you eat every day that not only provides your body with energy and necessary nutrients to keep you alive, but also gives you pleasure while you are eating it. Food is nuts, seeds, soy beans, pinto beans, black beans, grasses like rice, corn, potatoes and yams, beets, carrots, celery, lettuce, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, avocado, fruits and berries, wheat, barley,rye, sugar and honey and maple and vanilla, salt and herbs and spices etc etc etc

Also, conveniently enough we can eat chickens eggs, make dairy products from cows milk, and eat their flesh too if we need to, and it is also tasty and provides us with nutrients and pleasure as well.
