No one is denying that the US military uses a lot of energy. I just don’t fancy the chances of a bunch of backwoods dimwits with small arms being able to disrupt them. I have a little hunch that the army have sufficient resources in place to protect their stuff.

If militia commander Billy Joe Jim Bob tries to go up against the US army, he’s going to get the boning of a life time.

A. That a bunch of fat slobs with fancy toys will be able to do the Wolverine thing. That's just laughable.

B. That the ground forces, the ones that will be hunting those fat slobs, burn a lot of the fuel used by the military.

C. AND that civilian usage would continue as before. When the gas stations close it won't be the military that gets blamed, it will be the fat slobs hunkering down in the woods, wishing they hadn't be such malcontents.

Not to mention that there’s a HUGE difference in the persecution of a foreign war and an insurrection in your own country.

Plus, I’m fairly sure that the army has those, whaddyacallem, aircraft. I have yet to hear of a militia supplied with attack helicopters.

Attach a grenade to a drone and direct it towards oil refinery. Disabled people can do this.
