I think every baker has the right to not bake a cake for a customer for whatever reason. It's fucking retarded to not bake it but still, you are having a business and you can ruin it whatever the way you want to ruin it.

Where does that denial of services stop? It was once ok to deny blacks service, or force them to sit at the back of the bus.

The standard in denial of service is that it has to be universal and not discriminatory.

In other words you can kick someone out for being abusive to your employee. But you cannot deny service based on race or religion or gender, so I don't see why LGBT should not be given the same protections.

And even outside the issue of race, gender, religion, our nation has gotten away from valuing workers. It is far too easy for a business owner to treat workers like poker chips because of "right to work" states, which have since Reagan, eroded the middle class and given far too much power to billionaires.

I'd love to see a world where these Christer fucks are discrimnated against as hard as they want to discriminate against people.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

There are variations on this too.
Where I live, if you open a retail store to the general public, you must serve the general public.
If you want to discriminate there are already legal ways to do so, basically not opening to the general public. Your business can be a membership or subscription based business. Or it can be open to invitation only. Or word of mouth only. Etc..
As far as I'm concerned, if you open a store to the public then (try to) deny service to a specific sector of the public, you are basically just grandstanding and yelling "Look at me exercising mah 'rights' for the Lord!"

Funny you never see a Good Christian Store do something like this:

"DId you have sex before marriage?"
If you answer yes, no cake.

"Is this your first marriage?"
If you answer no, no cake.

"Is the woman a virgin?"
If you answer no, "Was she raped where nobody could hear her?"
If the answer is no, then no cake.

Of course they only want to deny gay people a cake because it's not really about their religion. It's about their bigotry.
The whole tone of Church teaching in regard to woman is, to the last degree, contemptuous and degrading. - Elizabeth Cady Stanton

Yep, when you base your morality on an old book of mythology, cherry picking is the way to do it.

Fornication, adultery and divorce are frowned on by that same book.

But what believers don't want to face is that back then females/women were considered property, so the crime wasn't the act by the male, but a violation of another man's property.

It also tells you not to wear blended fabrics or work on the Sabbath.

I wouldn't sell you a cake.  Would have nothing to do with bigotry.  Would just toss you out for bothering other customers with your nonsense.

Asshat religitards will always use their cherrypicked nonsense to justify their hatred and bias. It is honestly revolting. I sincerely hope one day an athiest business refuses to allow some religitards to say grace before they eat.

Have I ever mentoned that I hate people?

Of course you hope for that, but why not hope they can just eat peacefully without someone bothering them?
