Love Your Body Challenge

Here's a moderate challenge: 30 minutes of shadowboxing (pretend you're fighting or boxing someone in front of you for 30 min.) followed by 30 minutes of running. Then cool down with 100 squats, 100 push-ups, and 100 sit-ups. Feel free to break them down into 5 sets of 20. The challenge is to do them all together with no more than a 10 minute rest between each exercise. Of course you can work your way up to it. None of this requires gym membership or expensive equipment. Just more than an hour of free time.

You can also add a new exercise and try at least 10 minutes of jump rope. Jump ropes are inexpensive and adds to a good cardio workout. Try 10 minutes then work your way up to more at a faster pace.

I don't diet much but as for food. If you're a chocolate lover like me. I recommend switching from regular chocolate to dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa or higher. More healthier and you'll feel fuller. The down side is it will be more expensive than regular chocolate.

Oh, honey. That’s a tough work out. I’m going to mod that and incorporate all those exercises at levels I can handle right now. (Anemia makes me tired. I’m working on getting my levels back up. Apparently, I didn’t have good stores and donated too much blood.)

I’ll do it tomorrow and give you an update.

RE: Love Your Body Challenge
I walk up to a hundred kms a week with wheelchair bound clients.
I was 113kg a year and a half ago and now I'm 87kg.
I do 30 pushups everyday without fail. 10 slow, 10 fast, then 10 really slow.
I do the same with pullups. 10 over, 10 under, 10 wide over.
I'm drinking water and have cut out soft drink and lollies.
No sugar in my coffees anymore.
This Sunday I am giving up smoking while my daughter is away on holidays.

Once you get use to it and find your pace you'll breeze through it.

Its good to watch others shadowbox to get the hang of it.

I'll try this. I'm a naturally skinny dude, so I would like to have a bit more meat on my bones...

No running for me though. Tarsal coalition has stopped me from going faster than a speedwalk since I was 16 lol.

I forgot I have physical therapy today, so I'll be doing some of this in that context. I'll finish up with some more when I get home tonight.

I suggest power napping (multiple reps) followed by a cool down of throwing things for the cats to chase.

I could do that.  I opt not to.

Of course I can't do 100 push ups. Not in a row. Haha I used to do 50 push ups a day, not in a row, but I've gotten lazy since buying a house.
