Do you also know that you are posting on a forum where several people think you are a blithering idiot?  If not, you haven't been paying attention.

The thing is that it doesn't really register enough with him to care. His magical fantasy world is all that really counts for him. And that is unlikely to change no matter what is said. Negative real life consequences might change the fantasy for awhile, but once the consequence has passed he'll revert and the cycle will repeat.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
