When you see one sing, "Aaaa macaronus!" at the top of your lungs.

Sometimes I imagine I'm talking to my old friends, who i no longer keep in contact with, or I'll imagine I'm being interviewed and answering questions. In both scenarios, I always present myself as being funny and cool. Is this strange?

Not all that strange. It’s a fairly well-known phenomenon called ‘imagination’.

The word "catholic" means "universal"......is the Catholic Church not the true universal church? I mean, it's in the name. But maybe it's not. Then what is? Orthodox seems like a rip off of Catholicism, and Protestantism is weak, diluted shit. The Vatican is very powerful, whether you agree with the Pope's rulings or not. Maybe if I lived in some other country, where Catholicism was dominant, I would still be a Catholic. Perhaps I wouldn't have much of a choice? But that wouldn't be so bad......I think freedom/choice is overrated. I think a lot of people abuse their freedom, and it leads to disastrous consequences. Liberals have too much freedom, they're pushing some weak shit in many countries. I would hate to see America fall to Liberalism. I'm not a full blown Conservative, but I definitely think the Conservative perspective is much more intelligent than the Liberal outlook on things.

And yet the word "orthodox" in Orthodox Church means "true Church" as in actual or real Christians. So how does one decide between universal and true?
I remember listening to Francis Coppola's commentary on the "Dracula" DVD where he said something like how Orthodox Christianity is more true and closer to Jesus and early Christians.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
