I'm not sure that's right. Weren't they shooting at the boyfriend, who fired the first shot, and missed and hit Breonna?
I want to point out that every part of the entire police operation would land an actual infantryman in leavenworth for life. There are people breaking rocks now that were condemned for less.
Afghans and Iraqis could expect better service from the armed men who show up at the door.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

The abuse of no-one co warrants is a hangover from Nixon's war on crime. It's a mechanism explicitly designed to target black people. Who cares if blacks (read: drug dealers) get shot.

Please pardon me if I fail to shed a single tear for this world-class moron and her money troubles:
Marjorie Taylor Greene Loses Congressional Salary
Quote:Marjorie Taylor Greene Loses Her Entire Congressional Salary After Judge Rules For Pelosi On Mask Mandate
... Greene complained to Alex Jones that she has lost her entire congressional salary due to her refusal to comply with the mask mandate on the House floor. Each violation of the mask mandate costs Greene $2,500.
... By the end of December 2021, it was reported that Greene had piled up over $100,000 in fines. Congressional salary is $174,000 a year, so since Greene has continued to refuse to wear a mask, her salary is likely gone.

Like she really cares, she married money.

Good. That means she can afford the fines that will continue to pile up.

You gotta admire her dedication.

Alex Jones doesn't get views from me. I can feel my IQ crumbling when I see stupid shit like that in person. One job I worked, people would gab for most of a one-hour meeting and then get to business in the last 15 or so minutes. I like getting the elevator version, as we called it.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

A New Unit Of Measurement
Quote:A small asteroid struck the Earth above Iceland last Friday — just two hours after it was spotted by an astronomer.
The space rock, named 2022 EB5, is believed to have mostly burnt up in our planet's atmosphere, but even if it had impacted the surface it would have done little to no damage because it was just 10ft (3 metres) wide, about half the size of a giraffe.
I propose we start measuring everything in giraffes. We already know the average height, length, mass, volume and lifespan of a giraffe. Some not-too-intensive research could lead to agreement on quantities such as heat, electrical resistance, conductivity, magnetism, etc of giraffes, and these numbers could be divided into convenient units. Just think of it - no more mish-mash of feet, meters, inches, grams, and so on. I admit there could be some trouble generating non-confusing symbols for these units, but that's a doddle.
Boru (height: .4 giraffes / weight: .1 giraffes / age: 2.1 giraffes)

LOL, brilliant. It's posts like this that make me miss those AF awards we used to do (unless we're still doing them and I completely missed it).
