Have found a way to get rid of stuff without cluttering up the landfills.

There's a local page for giving things away - nothing can be for sale - I was able to score two brand new ink cartridges for my printer as well as two partially used ones so that was a pretty good $$ savings.

I listed both a cat scratching post that my cat ignores and three slow feeder dog bowls I don't need late yesterday and within a couple hours they were gone.

Wonder how interested someone may be in that box of random wires/cables/hubs/misc. stuff from computers that has been gathering dust in a closet for a couple decades.

I donate most of that stuff to Goodwill. Not sure that would work for the bag-o-obsolete-cables.

Sure glad to know the Facebook police are hard at work. I posted a meme a year ago of a bottle of what looked like chewable vitamins but were actually chlorine tablets to be used as a 'cure' for COVID. Remember when our former president suggested such things?

Facebook's reason for taking it down was that it promoted suicide and self harm. FFS

It's raining and thundering outside where I live and my roommate's cowardly dog is whining a lot, too bad I don't care about the dog and I'm not going to help it in any way.

I found a page like that a while back and was overjoyed at the prospect of ridding.myself of a few things....


Unfortunately they frown on you trying to get rid of unwanted relatives and in- laws.....
