Wrong. ‘Rule of law’ means adherence to law at all levels of society, it has nothing whatever do with the nature of laws. If a government institutes laws that are racist, sexist, or anti-Catholic, and enforces those laws, THAT is the rule of law.
God’s balls, you’re stupid.
Boru
What do you think "rule of law" means? Can you elaborate on that?

I hope this is not spamming, as it is not me who wrote most of the text on that link, but Helios.

Perhaps pharmaceutical companies making vaccines should not be equal in front of the law. But the rule of law would have undoubtedly made Irish Potato Famine far less severe.
But the rule of law WAS in place. There were laws limiting how much land Irish farmers could tenant, which crops they could grow, and what happened to that product. How is that not the rule of law?

Because it was almost a textbook example of institutional racism. There was no equality before the law. Laws that applied to Catholics did not apply to Brits.

Shocker not all laws or legal systems base themselves on equality.....

Right, the Brittish law of the time did not seek to achieve the rule of law. Which is why American Revolution happenned. The founding fathers wanted there to be rule of law.

I have explained how the flawed statistical system during the Great Chinese Famine had everything to do with communism. You are just hand-waving it.

Well, I have a psychotic disorder.
Thank you for your candor and willingness to share that with me.

It's no secret. I shared it multiple times here and on some other Internet forums and on my website. My psychiatrist thinks it was caused by me drinking paracetamol with large amounts of caffeine regularly. I think it was caused by me going to a too difficult university.
