Women's Rights
RE: Women's Rights
Woman as an open ended self identifier- Accounts for every kind of women and every state of women without a need to dismiss exception and can integrate them into the definition on their own terms.

Woman as Huggy and Neo would have it is totally incomplete to the and must either dismiss the relevance of exceptions or deny them.

Accidental changes or exceptions to the secondary sex differences in no way alter whether someone is of the male or female kind.

Cats can be born with three legs. Therefor it is not the definition of a can to have 4 legs. Also there is a lot more to a cat then having 4 legs. This reductionism is absurd. Also if  your definition of cat doesn't account for all kinds of cats and all states of cat. Then your definition of cat is a failure. As for women and men your definition fails even harder if your definition can't account for all women and must dismiss exceptions or worst deny their existence as a core issue of the definition. It gets even worst when you consider the difference between sex and gender and the fact the best definition of woman is an open ended self identifier as it takes all things into account not just simplistic biology.

If a cat us born with three legs, then - as Neo said - something went wrong. This doesn’t alter the fact that a three-legged cat is still a cat.

To the topic: if a female is born sterile, something also went wrong, but she’s still a female. The mistake Huggy deliberately and obstinately continues to make (even though he knows better) is to equate ‘female’ with ‘woman’. A trans woman is not and never can be a female, but is absolutely a woman.

Huggy has to stick to this error. Without this, his entire trans-hating world view melts like a Nazi’s face in ‘Raiders’.

Oh idk, I think that the Huggster probably could abandon hating on non normative folk and continue believing in The Snake People worldview.

So, to you, sex and gender are basically down to the gametes a person can produce?

By this definition, if a man has zero sperm count*, something That roughly a percent of the cis male population (40 million by this point) has to deal with, does this make said man non-binary?

* And just for clarification, I do not mean low sperm count or low quality of sperm, I mean there’s no sperm whatsoever in the ejaculate.

What does that make me then, I had a vasectomy after the birth of second child (hell.... I want no more like that!!) so I have zero sperm count.

Your bigoted twaddle is just that:

Raised female — but the genes say XY

Article Excerpts Wrote:"That’s been the painful plight of a few female athletes through history. And apparently that’s the situation for South African track star Caster Semenya.

Two Australian newspapers reported Friday that gender tests show the world champion athlete has no ovaries or uterus and internal testes that produce large amounts of testosterone."

"Experts say Semenya should be allowed to race as a woman and they cringe at how her case is exploding publicly in the news media."

Key Points Wrote:"Unless she took some illicit substance, Semenya is a female with a birth defect, simple as that, said Dr. Myron Genel, a professor emeritus of pediatrics at Yale University."

It’s no different in a sense than a youngster who is born with a hole in the heart,” Genel said. “These are in fact birth defects in an area that a lot of people are uncomfortable with.
(my bolding)

If you really believe Caster Semenya is a man, then I say your bigotry and willful ignorance of simple concepts know no bounds.

Honestly, I think assholes like you, Smuggy, and all the other trans-phobic bigoted chuckle-fucks are simply afraid you might wind up shamed in a public toilet by someone with bigger tits than your wife and a bigger dick than you.

Said man would still be male, just one with a disorder.

A male who lacks the one thing you said literally defines a male, to the extent that you said any differences in anything else in no way alters whether or not one is male or female.

Correct. And that male with a zero sperm count could identify as a man or a woman. One has nothing to do with the other.

The article you linked to is entirely about male infertility. Lose of the sperm producing function does not mean one ceases to be of the kind that would produce sperm in the absence of disorder. A post-menapausal woman is still female, yes?
