Hi Heather,
nice to meet you. My father's side of the family is from Tennessee  and that is the religious side of the family that is really good with discriminating against anyone who doesn't think their way ... fortunately, I had the privilege to grow up in Germany. I now live in Minnesota with my husband.
I absolutely enjoy reading the posts here and look forward to wasting alot of time here

nice to meet you. Thanks for the heads up. I should have enough experience by now to dish back on unreasonable attacks and I am sure they will happen. I am totally open to other peoples viewpoints and even I can be off course sometimes, so hey .. please feel free to set me straight as well!!

We have a couple of flaming assholes around here who will remind you of your Tennessee relatives, Sindy. Tacky is not one of them. His bark is worse than his bite....although he has been known to poop on the rug a few times.
We have Rayaan, too. He is that most rare of beasts, a cool muslim.

Yeh ok tack, but sindy can be certain the we all share the same unbelief, where as christians rarely agree on anything.

Apart from the main thing, disbelief in god, is agreed unanimously by atheists. The rest doesn't matter.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.
