I actually had a patient who left me speechless yesterday, for nearly a minute.

New patient that I had never met before.

"You have an odd accent!"

"I'm Australian."

"Oh. I'm so very, very sorry!"

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

"You did WHAT?  With WHO?  WHERE???"

Also, I wonder if anyone who uses this quote actually tried to think through who's really the least criticisable groups. For instance, I suspect there's going to be far more circles where you can get away with criticising the Jews than will let you get away with criticising children dying of cancer. But nobody thinks terminally ill cancer kids secretly rule the world.
