I just read that 30% to 50% of people have no internal dialog. They walk around with nothing going on in their heads? Thinking about that, it explains a lot.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

No matter what I am doing there is a constant internal dialog going on...it might be about what I am doing or it might not. They may have an internal dialog going on but be unable to distinguish it from what's going on around them in any meaningful way. If anyone is having a internal dialog it's typically time to get a psychiatrist involved.
