I just read that 30% to 50% of people have no internal dialog. They walk around with nothing going on in their heads? Thinking about that, it explains a lot.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Thinking about that, it explains a lot. I don't even understand how this can happen. No matter what I am doing there is a constant internal dialog going on...it might be about what I am doing or it might not. I think I would like a half hour now and then of not having dialog going on. They may have an internal dialog going on but be unable to distinguish it from what's going on around them in any meaningful way. Probably the kind of people who say "The Democrats made us do it!" If anyone is having a internal dialog it's typically time to get a psychiatrist involved.

I just said I wanted to make sure I was having an intelligent conversation.

Maybe there could be an annual tradition on AF for moderators to pardon one permanently banned member based on people's votes - just as Jews had under Roman occupation during the Passover.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Considering what people have to do to get Permabanned round here, you might want to re-think that. Boru

Oh well, Romans didn't release a prisoner on the Passover anyway (Bible lies) so I guess it wouldn't work.
This is why the word bullshit should be replaced with the word Bible.
