From now on, when I go to trivia nights, I'm going to call Baseball "Knuppel" and Basketball "Springfield." It's sure as shit more convenient when I have to abbreviate them.

I’ve never understood why skeletons are supposed to be frightening. Personally, I’d be more terrified if a nervous system walked into the room.

My fingernails are back. Somehow, I seem to be done with picking at them in some subconscious effort to keep them short.

I'm such a contrarian, I refuse to be like the other zombies around me. They've been infiltrating the workplace, because separating someone from their phone is easier on paper than in reality. Even at the type of facility where I work, it is common to see an aide walking down the hallway while looking down at a phone. Sitting at the station, everyone looking down at their phones.
I tend to keep my phone in my pocket, and I can end the shift with above ninety percent battery without ever having charged it.
