It was unfortunate that so many lost their lives during world war II, but it was fortunate that the world was saved from Adolf Hitler.

For clarity 'his' refers to Trump, not the dead shooter or audience member. For the two critically wounded,..................... thoughts and prayers should do, right?

Full disclosure: my gramps died a navigator on a B-17 over NW Europe sometime in the fall of 1943. I think your definition of "hero" and mine, as a result, have some glaring differences. Maybe I should have said hero in quotation marks. The thing is not everybody sees it the same way as you. I don't think it makes him a real hero, but many will.

I am going to treat Trump "assassination" attempt with the same respect as Trump and MAGA treated Paul Pelosi assassination attempt.
