It is not a violation of church and state - the "law" (?) I presume found to be violated - to acknowledge that a bill intended to protect women also falls in line with the Biblical and historical view of male and female being two distinct categories.
It's so easy, all you have to do is not blurt out SCRIPTURE and the whole world will chug along pretending nothing is askance with no way to do anything about it when it so obviously is.
