The next thing I want to hear about her is the she and Jay-Z are in deep shit over their dealings with that scum Diddy.

Edit: looking closer, I think it's a simple nose prosthetic that makes for such a drastic change.

You definitely pay more attention to men's appearance than I do.  For me, it has to be a knock your socks off overall look or feature for me to look twice.
