Nothing against digital music downloads, but there’s a lot to be said for spending an afternoon at Big Dave’s House O’ Tunes (conveniently located between the piercing parlour and the bail bondsman), sifting through stack after stack of dusties, until - against all the odds - your heart skips a beat as you discover the Dee Snyder-Toni Tennille Christmas album.

The cover art and the liner notes are also pretty cool.

Back from the eye doctor as I have been having issues with my right eye. It's an old age thing and could be worse...which I suppose is good-ish news. But damn, I hate it when they dilate your eyes. Waiting for my vision to return to the crappiness that was around noon. grrrr
