I'm fine. Still have fat around the midsection that needs to dwindle.

The recommended weight for me has always just made me fat. The only way to be skinny is to ignore what weight they say I should be.

I remember a kid my age in high school. He joined the cross country team and I remember liking running behind him. At the time, I was probably between 105 and 115 in weight. Super skinny, just couldn't gain weight. One day he told me that he was 160, and he was fit.

Product labels are so ridiculous. I bought a new 13*9 baking pan with a lid. The lid is plastic. The first part of the instructions says not to put the lid in the oven while baking. Damn, I was hoping for self-laminating cakes. Cripes.
