The world is changing.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Most muslims would not even describe those people as muslims, I don't know why you do.

I'm well aware that there are no true scots. I call them muslims, because they screamed "allah is the greatest" before martyring themselves. That would seem to qualify them as muslims, to me. But hey, nobody wants to claim their pedophile uncle as family either, so I understand why muslims might want to distance themselves from nutjobs.

There are. They live in scotland. I could speak with a scottish accent but that wouldn't make me scottish.

Just because you think they got the interpretation wrong doesn't make them non-muslim. It particularly irks me when people defend their religion with "Oh, but they're not REAL christians/muslims/hindus etc".
