There is a conspiracy theory going around that Margaret Sanger started Planned Parenthood with the express purpose of eliminating the Black race. Apparently, they believe that since Margaret Sanger was as racist as could be expected of a woman from the turn of the previous century, all abortion is inherently dedicated to the destruction of the black race. And evolution is involved because Christians sometimes believe that, somehow, every evil of human behavior can somehow be brought back to the idea of evolution, which is somehow equated with the idea that there is no god, and everything is permitted.

It makes no sense, but it at least explains why she said that question.
