Just to clarify: it's not that the Greys decimated the Reds, the Reds' habitats have been destroyed (in the name of development usually) and the Greys have been able to take advantage of the vacated niche. That said, the Reds have made something of a comeback in recent years I believe.

- Godschild told me he apparently didn't even agree to the debate with Grene in the first place and I'm fully inclined to trust him on this one. Despite this Grene saw fit to make a thread on the subject of an upcoming debate with Godschild.

I can not believe you are going through with this, as you said he is just looking for attention, I have said the same thing about him. This little child is taking over things and no one seems to see this but you. He never asked me to debate him on scriptural truths, he announced it as if I had accepted that premise. The only thing I ever agreed to is this, he claimed he could prove he was a christian through scripture and I took up that challenge, gave 'genekaus one verse that would end it all, yet some seem to think beating a dead horse will change my mind, it want, the whole idea of debating a 13 year old child who has no idea what life contains is ridiculous.

My whole purpose of joining this forum (as well as Christian Forums) was to engage in a debate with Christians. I did get going somewhat in Christian Forums before they banned me (for being a non-Christian - they have strict rules on what constitutes a Christian and only a Christian can participate in debates). For a while, I thought godschild and Lion would be prepared to have a debate with me in AF but they both pulled out before we could even begin.

It is very difficult to get Christians who truly believe in the Bible to agree on a debate. I have tried this in many different places on the internet (and may I add, under many guises) but without any success.

I'm now left with a debate with an atheist (RaphielDrake). I have thought about it and really, there is not much to debate on. My real intention is to have a debate with a Christian, not an atheist. It wouldn't serve my purpose to lock horns with an atheist on a subject that is actually nothing more than a difference in definition. Only a debate with a Christian can truly be substantive, meaningful and interesting.

I think it is for the best if we abort this debate. I'm sorry if I have taken up your time for nothing. I apologise to RaphielDrake too. He may take it that I have capitulated because, really, there is not much that I can go on about.

I disagree, I think theres alot to debate on and would still like to go through with it if possible.

So, just to recap:
- He asked Godschild to debate, who declined. The closest he comes to accepting is stating hypotheticals as to what would happen if he accepted.
- Grene then proceeded to create a thread announcing the debate to be happening regardless knowing that at the very least he could
lead a clusterfuck on Godschild. This is a thread in which he boasts and boasts and boasts.

- Grene proceeds to announce Godschild is retreating, seeing this as a good opportunity for rep whoring despite the fact that Godschild rightly states he cannot be seen as retreating if he did not agree to formally debate in the first place.

- A fanfare of intense masturbation emerges from Grenes posts ultimately ending in a disappointing and uncharacteristically quiet retreat.

Reason? Grene wants easy targets to gain approval. He'll bully those he knows don't hold popular views without ever putting his own in the firing line. Not a crime in itself but when you consider the arrogant, dishonest and shameless fashion this has been done in its hard to imagine anyone employing this kind of Fox News approach to debate having a single shred of self-respect left.
I want it known I would not have posted this if not for the unacceptable way Godschild was treated. You don't do a dishonest smear campaign regardless of who you're targeting.

Thanks, Rayaan, for your suggestion. But Drich has made it clear from the start that he would not want to enter into a debate. Lion greeted Drich when he first entered AF and added the icon of two swordsmen fighting which I thought was inappropriate seeing that Drich refused to debate with me when we were in Christian Forums together. I greeted him with these words: "What's the point? I find superstitious Christians quite pathetic. You believe in a bogeyman in the sky, like any kid of 3 but when mature folks want to debate, you flee, taking the indwelling Holy Spirit with you."

If you look further down that thread, you will see Drich's reply. He didn't want to take up my offer of a debate. But of course he wouldn't. All the Christians have made it clear even in CF that they won't debate with me. I only managed to get Dysert to engage in a debate and you can see the outcome for yourself. At every step of the way, I was cautioned that I might have flouted the Nicene Creed which would mean an immediate ban. Finally, they banned me just as I posted my rebuttal and they wanted it to appear as if I had given up the debate. Thankfully, someone posted something that he thought I might be banned and his post was removed. They then closed the whole debate thread. You can see it for yourself here:

I had hoped to be able to debate with one of these Christians in AF because I don't have to worry about flouting some silly Creed and get banned. But I was disappointed to see the same cowardice that I see in every Christian forum. Until I saw godschild's post which I took to be an open challenge to a debate especially when he claimed I ducked under the table to evade a debate. But as it turned out, he now says he has no intention of debating with me.

I'm disappointed I am unable to get any Christian to engage in a debate. It's funny because if they place so much store by their holy book, why can't they gather enough courage to do a debate? But Christians work in mysterious ways so I shan't speculate.

Of course if I can be proven wrong and ANY Christian is willing to debate with me, I shall be happy to do so. It can be on any subject that is a defence of your beliefs as a Christian and it must have some supernatural element. It can be on the Bible, on God, on Jesus, on the resurrection but it should have some supernatural element that you believe in and I obviously don't.
