You're a peach, German
And Faith, it's been the habit of anyone who is more socially conservative to blame women for the fact that they "can't find boyfriends".
While arguments could be made to suggest that it's true (attitude, etc), it's usually some fabricated bullshit about there not being enough men who actually appreciate intelligent, opinionated women. That's crap. If anything is a woman's fault in that situation, it hanging around the wrong places and looking for the wrong sort of guy (I know some women who continually try to find 'the good guy' in a circle jerk of jocks). There are LOADS of men who appreciate being house husbands or being equals to their women, who enjoy women who are tough and work-centric, who enjoy intellectual debate, and are stimulated by strength and charisma. They don't feel there is a war against them, they merely feel that society, whilst moving towards egalitarianism, still needs hammering out.
If it makes you feel like less of a man to have a woman working outside of the home, then find yourself an uneducated twat you can keep in your kitchen. Don't blame WOMEN for the fact that you are in the minority though - your feelings of inadequacy are you own problem. There are plenty of men who don't seem to struggle with this at all, and you only conflate your numbers to make yourself feel less lonely.

It's a mostly Southern idiom describing what an awesome person you are.

I have yet to meet a woman who wants a man like this....I would bet you that the far majority of women wants a man who has a job and is contributing to the financial support of the household, not one who wants to stay at home to do the dishes and the laundry...a woman wants a man who at least owns a power drill and tools and one who is handy with home maintenance projects around the house...I've read so many complaints from women on other forums, (especially facebook), about the men they're hooked with, they don't have jobs and they don't know how to fix anything around the house or work on the car....I have yet to hear a woman say that she just wants a man who stays at home and stimulates her in intellectual conversation...My advice to women, if you meet a guy who doesn't have a job, who doesn't know how to push a lawn mower, or how to operate a cordless drill, or swing a hammer, dump the lazy bum!!!

Don't mix all your shit up.
1) I know how to change my oil, fix my house and generally do my own shit. I'm not the only woman out there who knows this. I hesitate to guess based on your religion what sort of forums you're hearing this shit on. At any rate, I don't want or need a man who knows how to do these things.
2) No one said they wanted a man who did NOTHING but stimulated her intellectually - typical right-wing pterodactyl tactics. Men who stay home - and I know a few of them, do the housework, take care of the children and bills, and the cooking. They make themselves useful. No woman wants a bum - I would wager a guess that no man wants a bum for a woman either. Where the fuck did you get the idea that I said they wanted a man who couldn't contribute? I merely said that the man didn't have to contribute in stereotypical ways.
3) The part you picked out described what men like in women, not the other way around. Stop making red herrings.

Pfffttt...I'm not mixing up anything at all...Your whole progressive world view is blurred from all the leftist kool aid you've been drinking too much of...I'm sorry, but I have yet to meet a woman who wants a man that contributes in non stereotypical ways...that's all easier said than done...if you're one those women, and you hook up with a guy like that...then repost later on and give an update on how that one's working out for you. I've been around a lot longer and I've seen and experienced a lot more of life than you have....Ha Ha! You're wrong!

ROFL
"I've been around a lot longer" - I should respect you because of your age instead of whether or not you're still relevant? Give me a fucking break. On the other hand, you still follow an Iron Age book - I can understand why you'd feel this way.
Leftist kool-aid. hahahahahahahahahahaha
Hey, um - I think every woman on this forum and every woman outside of your twatty christian forums probably wants a guy who helps with the kids, cooking, cleaning, etc, even if it's not their full time job. That's part of being in a modern household, not being part of a 50's ideal that doesn't exist any more for a reason.

So you have a idealised view of what a woman should be like.
Good for you. No one is telling you that you cannot keep that view.
But put it up as subject of debate - dont be supprised when people will be opposed to it and might rip it to pieces.
And dont dream up some weird conspiracy theories based on historic events which reformed sociaty - with which you disagree of, to disregard that movement on the basis of a lie or theory built upon instabil ground.
But most importent of all. Dont eaven dare to think that your concept of social norm, is the only viabel and legitemate one and therefor can disregard every other social nor as inlegitemate.
