well i want to explore how we experience time a little and use the accumulated knowledge of the forum to see if we could know or exist if time went forward , backward or stopped. even can time exist without consciousness, can consciousness exist without time or are they co-dependant. It might be fun.

So we can't be sure time is in constant motion or stop start but i'm not sure what implication that may have. If time can stop can it change direction without our conscious awareness also?

The reversal of time would violate causality. I'm not sure if that would prevent it from happening, but we would notice it very quickly. The initial event may go unnoticed, however.

well this is what i'm interested in would we even notice and if the theory that the universe will just expand is not proved yet and there is still a school of thought for expand then contract what would the contraction be like and would the contraction also involve time moving backward also.
