If I have a prejudice, I'm unaware of it being a prejudice - I will educate myself (at least superficially) on it if I find out if I have a prejudged stance on something.

IDK if this could be said about beliefs; e.g. I believe in what a scientist tells me and take what he says on good faith, I could examine it by myself, but that's another matter.

Yes, I have prejudices against blacks in certain areas of the UK. It's a fact that gang crime and drug crime are almost solely from the black community, especially in south London. Indians can also be very very racist.
