If it's an open relationship, I wouldn't consider that cheating.
I'm friends with a handful of polyamorous people. They're good fun (without being involved). They have really healthy mindsets.

That's a good point. Okay, all cheating is bad then. A possible exception if they cheated first but then it's questionable if the relationship is already over to have someone to cheat on.

Don't get me wrong Nora, I'm not possessive traditional monagamous relationship pushing bunny here I think anything with both parties' consent is fine. Cheating though..well I've been on the short end of the stick and since you seem to have been on the long end of the stick (involuntary pun included!) then maybe take it from me when I say that you may think you never got caught, but reality is much more complex than that. Would you say your partners trusted you unequivocally %100 no doubt in their minds whatsoever?
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

Why would I want 100% trust? Smart men know better than to trust people, and I like my men smart.
As for not getting caught, I never got caught, but I did enjoy carrying on with 4 different guys behind my boyfriends back for a whole year before telling him all about it as I dumped his sorry arse.

Meh, if someone is worth cheating on, I probably don't have time for their sorry ass to begin with. That's just me though. I might as well be single and carry on with those four guys anyway.
That's just me though - I don't have the energy for revenge.

We were only still together out of habit really. We had been together for 6 years, since I was 17.

Fair enough
So what are we talking about now? How those actions didn't have any effect on the world, or all five of those men, relations between the sexes, or you? I'm confused.
