Refuting Evolution

Neil didn't come up with this, nor did I. That's just a problem every male has to face ;/ Not just humans, but also other species.

It is the will of God that we are created with diseases, a limited life span, etc.

Because they will need to coordinate with each other before that, the method of communication must be created before them as well.

We are not created in God's image or similar to him, God is unique and nothing can be similar to him.

I already gave you a proof of god existence, as of Why, I also proved that it is impossible to know Why God do things.

Just as it is impossible for you to prove it.

So basically you never have to explain any rebuttal to your argument of design ever now, huh?

Were you expecting something different?

This guy is your typical apologist, no clue about what he is refuting.

Yet he bulls on regardless, ignoring all evidence or facts.

I for one, can't be bothered with his crap.

First of all, that is not an answer to my questions, particularly neither involve disease nor mortality. Secondly, even if my questions did involve disease and mortality, it is a typical religious cop out, a lazy answer, one that offers no evidence but expects us to simply trust in faith. It is lazy for man need not strive to find truth, but it is handed down from above: 'All things are known to God and all man needs to do is apply and follow these laws which are made known by individual revelation from God to man.' Utter friggin bollox.

So you are saying that GOD(S) aren't GODS after all? So much for omnipotence.

orogenicman Wrote:what it is the evidence that ONLY one did so?

I have no intention of reading someone's treatise. A short synopsis will do.

orogenmicman Wrote:if we are created in god's image

Muslim Scholar Wrote:Wrong statement taken from Christianity

First of all, the notion that Man was created in God's image does not originate from Christianity. It came out of Judaism, and likely earlier religious traditions of the region. Secondly, what is unique about your god, and why can nothing be similar. Also, what would that imply?

orogenicman Wrote:I don't just want logic. I want tangible evidence. Got anything like that?

Muslim Scholar Wrote:I already gave you a proof of god existence, as of Why, I also proved that it is impossible to know Why God do things.

Wow, two cop outs at once. I'm impressed. Look, I don't want a treatise. A simple one or two paragraph response will suffice.

Secondly, if it impossible to know why your god does things, then how is it possible that people are always told of his will, and of things that are ascribed to god. When the 2004 earthquake and tsunami struck Banda Aceh, it was the Muslims who claimed that Allah was punishing Man for all his sins. Ironically, they didn't explain what all the animals and forests had done to earn god's wrath. Now, if it is impossible to know why god does things, then what you are telling me is that the Muslims who made those claims were lying and simply made it up. I agree completely that that was the case, but it doesn't make a good argument that the Muslims who made those statements are honest people.
