I don't understand why people care, or even think it's any of their business, what religion a person they have just met does or doesn't follow. The only times I recall wondering if someone is a Muslim are during Ramadan, when it's nearly time for the fast to close and I consider making chit-chat like "Are you fasting?" then "Oh, not long to go now!" kind of thing, you know? Or when it's Eid and I feel like I should be polite and wish them a nice day, the same way I wish people a Merry Christmas (though I will wish anyone a Merry Christmas regardless of religion because it's as much a national holiday as a religious one in the UK.)

Is he a Muslim?

NoraBrimstone: Indeed, that's what I just said in my previous post, religion is a personal matter so why the hell would we ask about it at all? However, the answer is contained in the religion itself. Religion calls you to be intrusive in order to make people follow it, so that's why they keep asking. It's a "noble mission" according to them, to make everybody on this planet Muslim or Christian or whatever.

Therefore, going back in time to erase him would entail erasing those who created him with their creative processes. And then of course you get into the whole.... if those people were erased, they never would have created him, if they never created him you never would have gotten mad at him, if you never got mad at him you never would have gone back to erase them...... paradox.
Oak trees are our cousins, so have some pride.
I can do it too. Yay! (August 16, 2013 at 10:16 am)tiredofreligion Wrote:(August 16, 2013 at 2:58 am)Captain Colostomy Wrote: Blow your shame out your ass. The beauty of a public forum is that my answer is obviously 'you'. If this was a private message, and I horned in, then you could get pissy. For someone who claims to have issues with Islam, I see that attempts to subject women to your own personal standards isn't one of them.
I think you'd need to erase the inbuilt human trait to understand morals. Then you'd be safe.
