After running my errands, I walked into a shoe shop to do some shoe shopping.
Everything was fine and I was happy (as most sane people are, when surrounded by shoes), then this song came on. I've never heard of it before, and I can't recall the lyrics. But the whole song was about how when you pray to Jesus, and nothing happens to fix whatever it is you need fix, you shouldn't lose faith, because god is working behind the scenes, in the meantime just keep praising god.
And I thought that was so stupid. It was basically telling people whether or not god responds to prayer, just keep praying. What a shit way to deal with a shit situation.
Anyway, then I found this pair of black knee-length boots with 4 inch heels. All was good.

Plenty of times. Some of my favorites, most having been included already, are:
- so you believe something comes from nothing?
- atheism is a religion.
- you cannot be moral or good without god.
- the Earth is 6,000 years old.
- the life cycle of a butterfly disproves evolution (true story).
And of course the legendary "bananas prove god." Carry on Ray, you crazy bastard.

Preferably boots only so that We are not distracted by any other flashy clothing and can *harumph* focus on your boots mainly.

I do believe that was a Yahoo Answers sort of answer, iirc. The level of stupid that emenates from that website is almost too staggering for my brain cells to handle.
