I have not determined that I want independence from god, because to determine I wanted independence from god I would have to firstly accept he is real (which requires proof). I simply believe that there is no evidence for a god, as far as I'm concerned he is not real.

OK. And what about the majority of people that have not "demonstrated the most evil on earth" ...AND... have not "accepted the truth"?
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

knowing the truth and deliberating rejecting the truth results in the 'unpardonable sin'. those that commit it are cut-off and find their eternal home in hell. there, the inhabitants that demonstrated the less earthly evil will have a corresponding less restraint remember, God's nature doesn't allow 'torment' (metaphoric language). Some people and demons desire more than anything else is freedom from God and the restraint imposed on them by their conscience. So God grants their wish and withdraws his influence.

What would be my hell?
My hell would be to be stuck with people like Snowtracks or Gracie for eternity.
For this hell to exist however Heaven must exist and Snowtracks and Gracie would be there.
Therefore they can't be in hell with me.

Why that hell does not even sound like a bad place really. Think of all the interesting people there, and imagine if it is a understandable universe, and with some of humanities greatest minds with nothing better to do then explore it, oh imagine the literature. Sure does sound better then heaven.
