#5 and #9 are certainly based on evidence.

To the extent that our entire perception of reality - existence - is based on our own sensory experience and second hand hearsay reporting that is 'revealed' to us by others, all of these from #1 to #19 are based on evidence.

(I'm not going near Pascals Wager about hell #20 because I don't want get banned like SavedByGrace. Plus it's not nice to scare all the timid sensitive atheists so close to Halloween.)

Number five just asserts by fiat that the universe wasn't the product of natural means (step 3 in its process is simply "not chance") and leaves it at that. Moreover, it merely mistakes our ability as humans to recognize patterns and small elements of consistency in a universe that is, for the most part, far beyond our ability to understand, and then decides that, instead of this being a product of our amazing- yet limited- intelligence, it's a sign that the entire thing was created for us. Grace didn't get banned just for threatening us with hell. She got banned because her entire posting record was just one long refusal to engage with anyone, filled with faulty logic and by fiat assertions made across multiple pointless threads with no sign of content. The threat of hell was just the straw that broke the camel's back; no need to oversimplify it.

Arguments that suggest (extremely poorly) the presence of a creator are not enough, though. Christians don't believe in some generic creator with generic properties. You believe, completely and without reservation, in a specific creator with unique properties. That's what you have to prove. You might be doing nothing but trying to prove the existence of Allah or Marduk or Brahma.

Prove YOUR god's existence.

Quit being a douchebag. It was because SavedByGrace was just ignoring counterpoints and spamming new threads rather than having to defend the ones he already created.

So, stop with the fucking persecution complex, and if you have a problem with the staff's actions, contact one of us instead of engaging in this pathetic, public whine-fest. And if you don't like the way things are done here, no one is forcing you to return.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
