Alcohol makes you feel warmer.
It is known.

According to what stewie said it makes you feel colder because it contrains the blood vessels or something

Don't know who stewie is, but the idea is that alcohol expands your blood vessels, or does something to your brain that makes the vessels expand (can't remember)... thus giving you the impression of warmth.
However, you are actually releasing body heat much faster like that, hence the chances of going into hypothermia increase quite a bit.... but your brain is fooled so it thinks you're warm!

Still... must be some sort of rite... going out in the freezing cold wearing next to nothing!

Do we worship government instead of a demi-god?
Are only democrats allowed to be athiests?

No see this is where theists fuck up. If their are no gods, then nothing should be worshiped like a god, neither fictional gods, political parties or nationalism. Everything should be up for scrutiny, man or state.

Yes, I've spotted that as well!
Big Grin
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Atheism appears to be only popular by democrats in N.America
South America = religious
Asia = religious
Africa = religious
Europe = religious

Even those that don't belong to a religion believe in "intelligent design"

I'm not a Democrat. Q.E.D. There's a higher percentage of atheists in Asia and Europe than in North America.

Same way as someone 600yrs ago would have said "I require evidence that the earth is not flat"

It wouldn't be reasonable to believe the earth is round (an oblate spheroid) without evidence. Without evidence, it's no more sensible to believe the earth is a spheroid than to believe it's a cube. You'd be correct, but only by coincidence.

If you stop believing in God, you're done.

There's nothing that we or you have to worship.

No. Your politics are irrelevant to whether you believe in God or not, unlless you belong to a party that requires belief in God, I suppose.

The GOP is actively hostile to atheists, so it's not surprising they don't have their fair share. It's not blasphemy to speak negatively about the democratic party. We don't really do blasphemy as a rule.

For instance, the Democrats really screwed up implementing the ACA, didin't they?

And what were they thinking when they ran Kerry against Bush? Did someone make a bet that they could find someone who actually got lower grades at Yale than Bush to run?

LOL @ calling Europe "Religious"!

Europe hasn't been particularly religious for a long time. It's just the Vatican and the odd loony really. And the various religious terrorist groups, of course.
