Is this the atheist only beat-nik section?

here's a poem i wrote a few year ago
to you who see's me different though we love the same expanse
from i who see's a brother though we've both a different stance
to you i stand in heresy, to me i'm alone in the queue
yet in the same force we believe whatever, however we do
i've no faith in religion, such faith i have my own
i don't believe in cultures being built on others bones
there's no cross above my pillow, i kneel at no mans throne
i fight in no battalion, if i fight i fight alone
so would you be the man explaining what i've done taboo
if i die by a believers hand does his god take me in too
am i an enemy of above if i refuse to kneel and pray
does this befit an act of hostility to most scripture today
could you become the judge and juror of infidelity amidst
when the judgement of an infidel is merely gods to give
unseen the face you kill for yet you murder in his name
how can god love anyone whos robes are crimson stained
you claim your route to martyrdom will find your deities throne
the only blood on a true martyrs hands is no'ones but his own
we are god as we are the devil your enemy is thus
winning the battle for our souls and resides in all of us
we are god as we are the devil
here is heaven as here is hell
as long as beliefs lie at such levels
i'll burn with a smile as an infidel
To look is not to see,
to see is looked on in thy soul.

NIGHTMARE RIDE
Ace of Spades light my way
Brain ride across the bay
Through the ethereal mist
A trestle or’ the great abyss
Leviathan champing at the wheels
With ancient jaws of Behomeels
Reality strays into sleep
With Dreams that hurt, Dreams that creep
Impalpable Jabberwock entrains our mind
We can see. Our shells are blind.
Final trip is but a gream
But a Dream within a dream
Fire without heat, food with no flavor
Beings without faces, femmes without favor
Last rites on a train of doom
Imaginato rules this mental tomb
Labyrinth deep inside out psyche
Loses our conscience sight
Ghostly figures frolic about
JFK with his head blown out
Dante laughs with his poison quill
Endless Purgatory seems too real
Tormented screams faintly heard
Echoes in the Land Absurd
Dreams across the Styx fill my quintessence
I awake no more, my final penance
