Hardly would a young earth creationist be invited to present himself before any sort of reputable audience associated with the work of a reptable university.

Being present there does wonders for the resume young earth creationist, but toilets the reputation of any university striving to create the image of fostering "higher learning".

We don't specifically take on atheists: we have deists in the mod crew, and a muslim admin, if memory serves. And in the background, we've discussed certain christian members for these positions, the next time we're recruiting.

Besides, what balancing does the playing field need? We act based on how you follow the rules, not on your religious views.
