The most pets I've had at once included: a cat, two dogs, a cockatiel, a hamster and two rats. Plus a shitload of spiders, but they came with the house.

A fairy penguin? That's not bad!.. but.. I win. My uncle had a pet skunk. It would spray anyone but him if they came in the house.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
