I think it's you that should be looking at your childhood for where your adult problems stem from.
My childhood was pretty good, at least I had parents that let me think instead of telling me gods and angels were real.
You are the real child, still in awe of a supernatural being that is the only meaning in your life. You disregard reality because you fear real life.

I am aggressive because to sit meekly in the corner and be tolerant of religious movements that are intolerant of me is not going to help me or my family. I fucking hate religion in whatever cult it presents itself, it is a cancer that needs erradicating. If it is not removed from this planet it will fuck the place up for the rest of us.

I want my childrens children to see a better world and not witness the pointless massacres by idiots that claim they are guided by a god, like I have to every single fucking day.
