What are you thinking about?

I'm wondering about how waves form and stuff like that.
No spoilers please.
I'm thinking about going for a run . . .

How much I now hate my Audi. $300 just to find out what the problem is. Garage has had the car for a week. I have to call to find out what the deal is. I want to throw things.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

About how when I'm back I need a decent job if I want to be able to not have to rent a room. Ideally I want a studio. But a nice one. Not someone's dodgy shed that they've converted. I'll settle for an apartment. Or a small, tiny house. Thankfully I get to live with my mom for a while until I settle back in and get over the reverse culture shock I know I'm going to go through. I've been productive today. 900 words. My thoughts are all over the place.
"Yes, I am a Free Lover. I have an inalienable, constitutional and natural right to love whom I may, to love as long or as short a period as I can; to change that love every day if I please, and with that right neither you nor any law you can frame have any right to interfere. And I have the further right to demand a free and unrestricted exercise of that right, and it is your duty not only to accord it, but as a community, to see I am protected in it. I trust that I am fully understood, for I mean just that, and nothing else."
— Victoria Woodhull, “And the truth shall make you free,” a speech on the principles of social freedom, 1871
There are lots of music threads on here of the "what are you listening to" ilk. People don't use the search function.
"For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring." - Carl Sagan
I'm thinking about how the word for cool in Libyan Arabic (baryd) is used to mean lame.
Tempted to start a "what kind of music do you like" thread just to tease c172
I'm think that I need to stop doing research for the 'professor' dude. Because I have my own research to get back to.
But for now it's time to go home.
