I think this battle for Islamic moderation was lost back in the 70s, Kazan is an anachronism, unfortunately.

Hopefully Kazan will not stay an 'anachronism'. The majority of Muslims don't even live in North Africa and the Middle East anymore.

It's not immoral to eat meat, abort a fetus or love someone of the same sex...I think that about covers it
