I think I've figured out what a universe that wasn't designed for humans would be like:
1) Instead of us being able to travel freely to experience the enormity of the universe made for us, there would be some sort of force holding us in place, making it really hard to travel even small distances into space. 2) Instead of having perfect anatomies, humans would have useless organs, junk DNA which does nothing and tubes which go all over the place instead of the simplest, safest route. 3) Instead of everything being pleasurable and wonderful all the time, there would be horrible things happening, good and evil I suppose you would say. 4) Instead of being able to have a conversation with god, there would no reply, as if you are having a one-sided conversation with no-one. 5) Instead of everyone being healthy, there would be terrible sickness and disease. 6) Instead of being able to leave when you so desire, you'd have to take extreme action in order to harm yourself so badly that your body gives out. 7) Instead of being able to see heaven, or know where it was at least, you'd have to just have to take people's word for it that such a place actually existed. 8) Instead of being given everything we asked for, we'd have to figure out how to do things ourselves. 9) Instead of being able to live wherever we wanted, almost the whole of the universe would be deadly to us. Sounds scary doesn't it, I wouldn't want to live in that god-forsaken place. Feel free to send me a private message.

And while we're at it, we'd probably have big chunks of rock threatening to crash down on us from outer space as well. Phew, good thing it really is designed for us.

Can you imagine if we had to use something radioactive? Or a huge super-dense and hot plasma ball that turns really huge and devours the whole planet when it's fuel source runs out? Or if we had to use some substance that burns and leaves a mark on the whole planet? Or if that substance gets out of control and contaminates, say, an ocean? RE: Systematically Dismantling Atheism
