Dude, just follow the fucking forum rules. It's not that hard.

- forum moderators choose to use draconian rules regarding 30 day membership before posting links to highly relevant news articles and urgent petitions. News articles and petitions which they deem to be advertising. News articles and petitions which carry no profit but could help protect atheists from discrimination.
This post related to the oppression of atheists by legal systems bending to religious demand.
These actions have proven one thing only about this site; there are far better ones who are willing to help atheists gain equal treatment.
Congratulations.... you have been less help than the Catholic Church itself.
Yeah. We should kowtow to delusionists to gain equal treatment. We should concede to them as if we're a bunch of subservient inferiors who cannot find their own way in finding acceptance with others.
I don't give two fucks about a bunch of delusionists accepting me or not. I'm not beholden to their approval or lackthereof.
You're a whiner and an apologist. Cry more. Boo hoo hoo.

Come off it. This is a discussion forum. You could simply quote the article and then we could talk about it. If you have a petition, then going somewhere and soliciting a community you don't know isn't the right way anyhow. This is exactly why the 30/30 rule exists.
We're a discussion forum first and foremost. We don't have time for people with no investment in the community shitting and running.
If you'd like to create an introduction, join in on some discussions, let us get to know you---you'd find that quite a few of us would take you up on a petition or something like that. Instead, you came in, broke our rules off the bat, and then whinged about it. Good luck with that approach.

So, wait you think consistently applying the rules is Draconian but giving the mods discretion over the rules is better? The less subjectivity it takes to run a site, the better. Otherwise, you'd probably be banned already.
And if your whole online activism thing is ruined by one site not allowing your content, perahps you should re-think your approach.

He's a whining quivering cunt. He called a 30-day moratorium on link-posting "draconian."
Nevermind that virtually every single forum in existence has a similar policy. He's bitching and pissing and whining and sobbing like a little bitch because he doesn't get special privileges.
The fact he hasn't been banned for talking shit about the admins and mods should be evidence enough of the leniency of the mods and their adherence to the rules to the spirit and letter and not acting on their own selfish emotional prerogatives.
But of course this will fly right over his head.
Isn't that right, "activeatheist?"

You can't scare off a crybaby. They merely throw temper tantrums and stamp their feet like petulant children and storm off while sobbing and whining.
Good fucking riddance to him if he is gone. I hate people like him.
