Though we can be judged (in court, not the afterlife) for them (along with motive and intent), they do not make up who we are. Good people are capable of atrocity and vile people are capable of kindness. Motive and intention are far more important than actions. So, I don't buy the concept of inheriting actions just as I don't buy the concept of a soul or the concept of an all-powerful, loving gawd.
